dc.description.abstractWie in vielfältigen Tierversuchen nachgewiesen wurde, erzeugen einige polycyclische aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe maligne Tumoren. Je nach Applikationsform - epicutan, subcutan, intravenös oder oral - entstehen dabei Hautcarcinome, Bindegewebssarkome, Mammacarcinome oder Magencarcinome. In die Luftröhre eingebracht, gelingt es Bronchus- Carcinome zu erzeugen.en_US
