After an introduction concerning the organization of the different sensor research projects at the University Twente, special attention is paid to the following projects: development of membrane covered ISFET’s, including a REFET; development of sensors with internal feedback to achieve in situ calibration facilities; development of enzyme modified ISFET’s and the basic research with respect to immuno sensitive ISFET’s.Citation
