A new algal fluorence bioassay is sugguested. The toxicity will be derived from the quotient of spontaneous and delayed fluorescence. The inverse behaviour of spontaneous and delayed fluorescence gives a square effect of toxicity and the time derivativ of the toxicity can be classified in dangerous processes.Citation
